An easy hairstyle for long hair is the basic bun with a stick. Metal hair forks are an ideal accessory for securing medium and long hair in a bun or half bun style, and a stylish alternative to plastic butterfly hair clips.

The Deep Lines hair fork is an everyday fork with a stylish upgrade - rows of grooved lines that add visual interest. It comes in four metal choices to mix and match with your wardrobe colors.

Each hair fork is made by hand from a solid length of straight wire, so the final length may vary ever so slightly. The forks are about 1 inch wide, and available in 4 inch or 5 inch lengths.

The hair forks shown are 5 inches (give or take a bit, all measures are approximate). The 4 inch style will have a few less V grooves. Both lengths are made flat, if you prefer curved hair forks just add a note at checkout and I'll curve yours before sending.

Choose from copper, nickel, brass, or bronze, all made with a sturdy 10 gauge wire.

The copper, brass, and bronze will both develop a patina and take on rich colors (my secret go-to for removing the patina is ketchup).
