Sterling silver cuff bracelet in a split wire design, which is where two sterling silver wires are joined at the ends and opened to form a gap in the middle of the cuff. On the center there is a Bumblebee Jasper cabochon. The stone is grayish on the bottom third. The rest is swirls of yellow, like a yellow sky. On either side of the jasper is a three dimensional silver bees and a 4 mm rose cut citrine gemstone.

What Makes This Bumblebee Bracelet Special?

A celebration of all things wonderful about bees, captured in a bright yellow sterling silver cuff bracelet. Bees buzz toward the sparking yellow centers of flowers. In the center is a special stone - Bumblebee Jasper - with a design that looks like a muted landscape under a vivid yellow sky.

The offset style of the cuff makes it fun for stacking, too! Wear the curved side toward your hand, then stack more cuff bracelets along the flat side of the cuff.

For a special beekeeper or anyone who loves the magic of bees.

 

The Technical Details

The cuff is about 6" around, fitting an average wrist. It's 3/4 inches wide at the widest point, and the scene from bee tip to bee tip is about 1-7/8 inches.

The center stone is a high-quality Bumblebee Jasper cabochon. It is an older stone, and I feel that the subtle grays and bold yellows in this stone are superior to the quality found in more recently mined Bumblebee. 

The yellow stones are 4mm Citrine with a rose-cut, which means the top side is faceted.

The bees are die struck by me in sterling silver. The wire is sterling silver.

Due to the unique designs in the Bumblebee Jasper, I consider this piece to be one of a kind. I might make other cuffs in the same style, but each jasper will be different.
